I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE Jem. That’s the only thing I wanted for my 6th birthday was Jem with her magic earrings. I remember waking up Christmas morning and seeing the box all wrapper up and just knowing Santa had came through. I unwrapped it and screamed “It’s her It’s Her Mama!!! Santa got me Jem!” Then I remember getting in trouble the next morning because I got into my moms makeup trying to do my makeup like Jem because after all we were having a “rock star concert” in just a few minutes, but Mama didn’t understand that. So seeing the first season all over again and getting to share that with my little girl is really special to me. If you were a fan of the show at all I must warn you that you will have the theme song stuck in your head all day. 🙂
