***Disclosure: I attended The #DisneyFrozenEvent . My flight, lodgings, and expenses were covered by Disney and myself. All opinions are 100% mine. ***
I’ve been EXTREMELY lucky. Twice before I’ve had the chance to go into the Disney Recording Booth and “become” one of the characters on the big screen. It’s an extremely nerve wracking experience. You walk into this booth and your friends and peers are around you. You watch the screen a few times trying to learn your dialogue and then your off and running. I knew ahead of time that we were getting time in the booth again during the #DisneyFrozenEvent and I was ready. I was extremely tired the day we were doing our voice overs, but I psyched myself up and even a few of the other bloggers. I was like “Come ON this is a chance of a lifetime. There is no time to be scared. I’m just going to go with it…so I did. I had SUCH a freeing experience. Yes, my timing is off, but as you can see in the second videos I’m having sooooo much fun. I can actually see how actors would find this liberating. Once you “Let It Go” (Disney pun intended) you have fun and become someone else for a few moments in time. So real quick check me out before as Piglet and as Vanellope from Wreck It Ralph.
For The Record I CAN’T SING
Now, I want to move out to LA and become a voice actor…..ok maybe in another life, but it was soooo fun!
