Snack time. Ever since I’ve been trying to go a more healthier route I’ve been paying more attention to what I eat during snack time. In the past, it was junk food city. Donuts, chips, candy. You name it I ate it. Now I try to pay a bit more attention to what goes in my mouth. Like I said in my previous post I’m not on “official” diet. I’m just trying to eat healthier and pay attention to labels. I also watch my portion size and ya’ll it is WORKING!
Right now I’m LOVING the ALL NEW Atkins Harvest Trail Snack Bars. A quick snack that is both delicious and good for you? I’m in!
Atkins Harvest Trail bars take snacking to a whole new level.By using simple and nutritious ingredients, Atkins gives you the goodness of protein and fiber while keeping net carbs and sugars in check.
My favorite thing about these bars besides the good taste: NO ARTIFICIAL•PRESERVATIVES•COLORS• FLAVORS OR SUGAR ALCOHOLS
My Favorite? Dark Chocolate Cherry & Nuts Bar. It’s the best of both worlds. Salty and sweet which let’s face it, is great for when you are just opening up the pantry with no idea of what you want, but know you need to snack. Chocolate, Cherries, and Nuts? PLUS packed with protein, fiber and only six grams of net carbs. I’m IN!
Not your favorite flavor? That’s ok! The Harvest Trail Bar is available in four varieties and focuses on simple, nutritious ingredients such as nuts, fruit, and the rich tastes of dark chocolate and vanilla yogurt. Other flavors include:
- Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Bar
- Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar
- Vanilla Fruit & Nut Bar
